I typed in all my music in Guitar Pro 8 so I could get professional looking guitar tab and drum sheet music. So I exported every page from every song into transparent png files making a total of 150ish pages. I set up a microsoft word document and put the png pictures into the document. I opened a free word to pdf converter called Dopdf and the software made my interior file to upload on lulu.com. Lulu is an independent print on demand book publisher. So when I went to Lulu to setup my book, I uploaded the interior file and the cover file I made choosing the coil bound book binding option. I published my guitar tab and drum sheet music to their bookstore setting a zero percent markup and the book is just under 10 US Dollars plus shipping and handling.
