I first heard this in the 80s after my mom ordered Time-Life's collection of "100 of the World's Most Beautiful Music" or something of the sort; it was heavily advertized on TV.

I used an instrument panning recipe for the first upload of this and other pieces that was far too wide for headphones, but sounded fine on my house system.
