Really lovely, Charlie. It's not that dark to my ear, but it's interesting. I like the angular intervals, and the slight blues/jazz inflections in the melody. Alto Saxophone is a good instrument to sing this reverie. Enjoyed!

Love thoses strings mixed with the wind sections ... This paints the perfect image of a lost city and reminds m of my gaming days playing Tomb Raider , a very well put together composition and shows the great talents you behold .... 👌
