Song information
Wrote the song with Ron Irby a talented writer from Oakland Ca. around 1979. Found it on an old backup hard drive and replayed all the parts in the song, except the great sax solo by Jack Stafford (Thanks J). WARNING, I AM NOT A VOCALIST added the vocals so a real vocalist could add some soulful flavor to the song. So it's an open collaboration.
Enjoy!

Lyrics
Verse 1:
A believer of dreams and fantasy c
In them we play such tender games
Thoughts of you flow endlessly
Like angles with no names
Dreams with spinning vision
Colors of nature, sunshine, and love
Fawns in flight is sweet precision
All of these things my heart dreams of.

Chorus:
Lady Desire, Lady I love
You send my heart soaring free
Lady Desire, Lady I love
You are a none stop fantasy
Lady Desire Lady I love

You make me feel, so very unreal
Girl I dream you will mine
Sweet Lady Desire, sweet Lady I love

Verse 2:
And the sage that speaks wisdoms words
Can never imagine how good it is
To share love with you in our own special world
To feel the mystic fire of your kiss
I’m caught up in a world of ecstasy
Where all my wishes come true
Can’t explain this feeling that comes over me
Girl I am so in love with you

Chorus:
Lady Desire, Lady I love
You send my heart soaring free
Lady Desire, Lady I love
You are a none stop fantasy
Lady Desire, Lady I love
You make me feel, so very unreal
Girl I dream you will mine
Sweet Lady Desire,, sweet Lady I love

This a really good song. And you do pretty well even if not a vocalist. Better than I could have done by far
