What's your 3 best prog rock songs ?

Hello members,

 As a huge fan of progressive rock, I wanted to know, if you are also a fan of progressive rock, what you consider to be the three best progressive rock songs of all time. 

My top 3 is (not easy to choose) : 

  1. Can-Utility and the Coastliners (Genesis - Foxtrot / 1972)
  2. Firth of Fifth (Genesis - Selling England by the Pound / 1973)
  3. The Gates of Delirium (Yes - Relayer / 1974).

2. Proclamation (Gentle Giant, The Power and the Glory/ 1974)
3. Larks Tongue in Aspic Parts 1 and 2 (King Crimson, Larks Tongue in Aspic/1973)
I feel I left out so many, Yes, The Moody Blues, Pink Floyd, Gong, etc.

Youngsters in here.  Pink Floyd.  Beatles.  Grateful Dead.  Mothers.  Moody Blues.  Those were progressive outfits. 
Court of the King Crimson is not the first progressive record.  That's 1969. 
 Go back to 1966.  Lots of ground breaking progressive music by nearly every number one recording artist.  
There are obscure small label singles back into the 50s were the music is progressive. 
Champion?  "What's Happening" a fulll llp by the Mind Expanders on Dot Records.

Ooh. I mainly think The Alan Parsons Project when I think Prog Rock. I believe Mike Oldfield also did a lot of work that can be put in the prog rock genre.
Best 3? Difficult. I pick the 3 that come to my mind
Mike Oldfield - Taurus 1 from the QE2 album. The album that got me hooked to Oldfield
Alan Parsons Project. The Cask of Amontillado From their debut album
Alan Parsons Project. Silence and I from Eye In The Sky

1. Thick As A Brick (Jethro Tull)
2. Starless (King Crimson)
3. Take A Pebble (Emerson, Lake & Palmer)
---at least, in my current mood. List shifts somewhat with mood changes!

i surprised not to see Tool in this list so i will add 3 of my favs.
1. Lateralus (known for its use of the Fibonacci sequence)
2. Rosetta Stoned
3.the Grudge
i just feel like they should of made the list somewhere
although Schism has the most time signature change ups its hard to pick one, and APP, King Crimson, and Yes are also in my top list
