Song information
Here in California it’s still Good Friday and I thought of this piece I did a while back called HE STANDS ALONE. It wasn’t about the passion that took place 2000 years ago, but of a Goya drawing of a man chained and at the mercy of others. Then I thought it would be perfect for the finale of Braveheart and I think it was - the video link is below. All have a common, universal theme.
I think you’ll find the video an interesting experience.

Easter time.  Dramatic orchestral pieces suggest all manner of images for our reflection.  Thank you for posting.  I enjoyed the melody.

Daug: Glad you enjoyed the melody Daug. This seemed the right time to share it.  Cheers, Charlie Sprout: Thanks for the sweet wishes and very kind comments Sprout. That this music could touch your heart means a great deal to me.  And have a wonderful Easter as well my friend. Charlie GR646: The Passion was an intense film. I think Mel Gibson was thinking of it when he made Braveheart. Parts of it are linked with The Passion. And why I feel this music works well for Braveheart as well. Thanks GR646. Charlie Wyndsok: Mike, you inspired me to post this work yesterday with your wishes for a Happy Easter. So glad it worked for you.  Cheers, Charlie youslounge: Thanks for the listen and glad you enjoyed this Omar. Cheers, Charlie

As always, beautiful orchestra work. You really know how to make the many pieces work with contrasts and expression and emotions.

A very threatening atmosphere builds up. Gripping. It's definitely head music.

@Dadanaut Thanks Dad... I went a little heavy on the bass on this version, the video has better balance but I happy you found it. And thanks for the cool review. Cheers!
