Yes Mark that's the Formant Filter. It can be tweaked in many ways more of this less of that etc It just encourages me to play different lines than I otherwise would without it as per the Wah pedals and all the other stuff 🤣

Interesting and innovative effect. As Mike said, I would rather prefer natural sound of the sax too. The backing piano is wonderful.
