 Hi Susie,  I am so glad that my poetry moved you the other nite.  It is one of my best poems so far, I feel.  So, here it is and I know that it will make a beautiful song!

An enjoyable listen. I write classical music, but I do love folk. I like the repeated ostinato in the guitar, as well as the middle eight. I would like it a little faster, myself. I know you are doing this on a 'home studio', but some suggestions - bump up the mix on the guitar and the bass and add more reverb. Cheers...
