Genre doesn't particularly matter.

The music sort of feels like a 'classical' piece, but there are other elements tossed into the mix - bass, drum kit - for example. Piano, solo strings (Viola/Cello) feature prominently as well. Hybrid genres can be interesting and fresh.

Ever the control freak, it's all notated in musical notation from a virtual score using samples (even the drum kit and its various fills) and then realized as a sound file.
