From a letter never sent this song began.
Sometimes it feels like it all happened days ago, but is was in 1979 a five and a half year relationship ended. All I needed to do was apologize, so I wrote a letter, but like young men at 20 I simply forgot. It was twelve years later I found the letter in an old dresser draw I used in college, and soon after I started writing "Life Without You". It has gone through several face changes through the years, yet the theme has remained. During 2010 Anthony Fraizer from Macjams helped me with the current music, and for the new Album "On The Boulevard" I ask Mark (Venturesome) to help put his skills into the music track by adding more guitars, fresh lyrics, and vocals. Right now it's my most popular song on YouTube Music, with hundreds of plays in only two months. I found the original version (just me on piano) in 2022 , a big surprise. Thanks Mark for all your help, like I keep saying to you "You Inspire Me Man"!
