As I reply now it is 19:07 Danish time (Central European Time) which is 18:07 (6:07 PM) UTC (Universal Coordated Time which is practically the same as GMT). So let us see the time stamp
Ha. That does not help, it just gives relative time. But yes, I have noted that the site does run UTC which is the most sensible for a site that covers a global audience. The accronym UTC is really a story by itself. The English and the French could not agree on the accronym. It would been either TUC or CUT. Compromize was UTC. GMT is now used for the time zone that includes UK, Ireland and Portugal.
I have worked for an American company for 38 years now. When my lovely American colleagues ask "What is the time difference between Chicago and Copenhagen?", I answer "7 hours .. and 50 years!". For some odd reason I never use this joke with my colleages in Malaysia. Ha!
I believe the site uses GMT. At some point, I could have the users specify their time zone in their preferences, and then I could customize the timestamps for each user. I just haven't made that effort yet.
