Cover of a Swing Out Sister tune from 1997. I feel it should have been a hit and it sadly wasn't. The smooth jazz stations used to play it a bit though, which is how I initially heard it, Figured I'd do my own version with some big help from my collaborators. Many thanks to both of them.

No ears people! How telling. Steve was given Joyce's vocal with the top end missing.

There was no way to reproduce the glorious top end of Joyce's voice, Steve artificially created some sheen, but alas, he could not give us what should have been.
The rest of you need to do something about your ears.
Upon listening again, I have to agree with Daug re the way Joyce's voice was mixed. Her singing is outstanding, but she deserved to be better showcased. The missing high end complaint is valid.
