A toetappin' tickle, indeed. I do enjoy 6/8, and this sounds a-kilter and lopsided, which in my book is always more interesting than a straight 4/4 vibe. The saxophone rendering is quite good; saxes (like brass) are hard to emulate. Definitely an Aaron Copland feel to this. Keep working on it.....!
