Entitled "Pastoral song. Joyful and grateful feelings after the storm".
At the end of the 4th movement, the storm gradually fades away to give way to fine weather and the gentleness of the pastoral song of the last movement, a true hymn to nature, first sung by the second violins.
Sun is back through the clouds, beautiful lights and shadows on the landscape, peace and joy in the heart. Strings and brass dialog is exquisite on this one. Probably my fav from all. Well Thierry, thank you so much for the ride, i enjoyed it from I to V, A to Z. I know there is a classical piano festival in the summer, close to Aix-en-Provence (La Roque). You should take over ! Show'em how it's done ...
This has always been my favorite movement of my favorite Beethoven symphony. Such a strong melodic theme, and followed by wonderful variations. Again very well done
Not sure how you manage to put these together but I so wish I had a small amount of your talents ..... I also cranked up the volume closed my eyes and just let myself go into a wondrous journey of thought and wellbeing .... Thank you for posting these heavenly works of art ....
