Another product of night time piano improv/relaxing session. Had these melodies bouncing around in my head all day, got home and put down a piano track of them. Added a bass and and improved a couple synth sounds to it also. Was going to add drums but couldn’t find the right beat/sounds that fit it, maybe will do that later. Don’t know what genre this is, selected Other. All recorded live on the iPad using AUM and MidiTapeRecorder.
I like this piece a lot. It sounds very comforting and peaceful. Reminds me a smooth jazz station that used to be on in my town. This is well put together and produced. Excellent.
@Wyndsok . Thanks for listening! This started as improv, but by the time time I hit record I had it formed out to what it is, so I guess it's half improv. Had to re-record the bass a few times. The synth tracks were first time records. I think you're exactly right the more I listen to it, it's rhythmic enough without drums.
