Where to Find Me December 9, 2023 Stan Loh The original poem by Catherine Prutton inspired me. If you’re wondering where to find me, I’ll tell ya where I’ll be, I’m in that near mastery space, In that space where the sky meets the sea, You’re the honey, I the bee, In the whispers of the trees, And the edges of my dreams, Close enough to almost touch, But slightly way too much. I’m in the moon and in the stars, But never, never really too far, I’m always crouching somewhere, Inside your heart, and lurking with care, Aww riding on your star, In a tapestry I shall weave, And the fantasy of achieve, Close enough to almost touch, But slightly way too much. If you seek my presence there’s a sweet surprise, There’s a bridge to breech your hidden crush, The lingering moments of your heart, Seal two symphonies gone apart, Now we’re dancing through the night, Under the stars and in moonlight Please surrender all to me, With your whispers of delight, Through the edges of the night, Close enough to feel true love, And fully just don’t rush, Aww fully there’s no rush.
