Loosely about my time at Eddie Bauer's catalog order center, where the upselling expectations were so severe, it drove me nuts and others as well. It also reflects on mom and pop shops that become huge conglomerates and the consequences, which is what happened with Eddie Bauer (I believe).

Your lyrics and music is always something to 'think about' as we listen...I looked up and there is only one left in So Cal where I live but it's far away from me. A friend from out of state recently sent me some clothing from there and the quality is excellent
Nice track! It sounds to these ears as though Jackson Browne and Todd Rundgren were thrown into a blender and served with a side of Steely Dan. And I like that!
