A lovely eclogue with some nice melodic shapes. That low C# in the Oboe, marked p, is going to earn you a stink eye from the Oboist. It would sound much nicer played by an English Horn. I found some of the key changes a little odd and forced, perhaps, although, true to be told, I do that myself at times. Overall, it's a lovely start; I'd like to hear much more transparent orchestration; there's a lot of thickness and doubling in this music (which is meant to be delicate). Just my two cents. Keep working on it!
