Song information
Going back around 7 years ago I was in church listening to a young boy give his testimony. He was well spoken for a young man his age 6 or 7 years old. When he had finished he said “ flowers do sing in heaven”. That stuck with me and I was inspired to write this song. I made a recording of it on Garage Band with just a uke and vocal, I never got around to do a final recording. So I had asked if my friend SCOTT CARMICHAEL if would be willing to record and produce it.

Lyrics
Flowers sing in Heaven in perfect and harmony
Lilies petunias and roses in colors I never did see
Flowers sing in Heaven the SON shines brite all the time
The praises of flowers is sung with such power
And they take requests get in line
Yes flowers do sing in Heaven
I know it was more than a dream
Lilacs gladiolus and daisies and some flowers
That I never seen
Flowers sing in Heaven the angels
strum their harps right in time
The songs last for hours theres so many flowers
And some times the lyrics don’t rhyme
The saints join in on the chorus
Although some might sing out key
Tulips begonias and dandy lions
Chime in with the morning glories
Yes Flowers sing in Heaven
They make such a sweet melody
They have so much fun they just follow the SON
And they tell of HIS wonderful story
