Song information
This old collab from the iComp days has long been one of my faves.

Marcello (Cacciamai) sent me lyrics, piano, rhythm guitar and bass, and gave me carte blanche.

I added vocals, lead guitar soloing and drums.

Newly remixed and remastered for this posting.

Very nice and I like the minimalist style - lots of space in the mix!

Marcello joined the site a few days ago. I thought this would make a nice "Welcome aboard." Thanks for the kudos gents. Glad you enjoyed this outing ..

Thanks Daug. My normal policy though is to post no more than one song a week. I made an exception for this one for two reasons: 1) it's not my tune as much as it is Marcello's, and 2) I wanted it to be a "Welcome aboard brother" for Marcello, as I stated in response to a previous review. Not likely I'll do this again. Next post will probably be Monday night... Anyway, I deeply appreciate the props James. Rock on my friend!

Another hit from your Hits Vault. Really like this. Great vibe. Cool vocals and guitar. Superb collab recording, Mike. We should post a Goodwilly song. I bet we both have a couple lurking about.

deezee: Many thanks for lending an ear. Doing this got me out of my comfort zone. (Not an easy thing for me.) That made it extra fun! Jack: Glad you enjoyed it bro. As for resurrecting Goodwill tunes, they'd need some serious remixing. However, I'm not totally averse to the idea. Indeed, we could record a couple new ones. I'm pretty sure I could persuade Vic Holman to participate...

Thanks folks for the kind words. Morgan: I've gotten the Bowie comparison before. It's weird cause I've never listened to him. But I know it's intended as a compliment and am grateful for it. Stan: the originality is due to Marcello. Let's hope he begins posting again soon.

Thanks Mary, I appreciate the props. Personally, my vox has always made me cringe a little, so it's encouraging to get a thumbs up from a great vocalist like yourself. Be well friend!
