Many (seventeen ?) years ago, I had the huge honor and pleasure to make a collab with Bernardo, Hernan and Anna, for this sort-of-tango piece. Always loved the result, and it made the cut to my "Folk Off" album in 2009. This song was written by Joe Henry (and someone called Madonna even recorded a version - "Don't Tell Me", that doesn't sound at all like this one!! Madonna being Joe's sister in law...). Macoco and Barretok are there with us on iBandstand (and that's great). I lost contact with Anna Veronese, from Italy, that was playing some splendid diatonic accordion... Credits : Macoco (Argentina) : Nylon guitar solos Barretok (Peru) : Spanish words and vocals Anna Veronese (Italia) : Accordeon Moi : Vocals (English), all instruments, mix and mastering

A beatiful arrangement and delivery...some gypsy soul! I remember when you first released this and it's as much a treat now as it was then. Great work from all collaborators too!
Seventeen? Wow, we're old. Haha. I always loved this song with its Latin flavor—well, three Latin guys. Thank you for posting it, my friend. I miss Anna's accordion. She was great, we should find her.
Without question, this is pretty cool what you've put togethere here. The instrumentation really rocks in a new and daring way. Great delivery. Everyone involved did a fantastic job with everything.
