Wow! Classic... Somehow I missed this back in the days of iComp. So glad it got posted here. Wonderfully recorded and sung. So funky, and I love the feel of the keys throughout. But really, best of all is the vocals. They really bring it all home. 👍👍👍

I don’t know Paul Carrack but i have friend who knows him and plays with him… the guy has had top hits with 3 different bands… this one with his band “Ace”… “living years” with Mike and the mechanics, and “temped” by Squeeze… but the funniest thing about this song is, it sounds like a lover’s spat, but it was written when Paul found out that his bass player was playing with another band.. now about your performance… if Carrack wasn’t available, they could call you and they wouldn’t miss a beat… top notch is what I’ve come to expect from you

This song was always in the first set from the time it came out until I stopped playing in the clubs in the late 80s. Still LuvIt!
